Refund Policy

The current video queue is a simulation and does not produce rendered videos. If you purchased credits or a subscription expecting working video generation, contact support@kling4.lol to request a refund.

Include your account email and order reference, never full card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage cancellation in account billing. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
